This Research Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to every product sold by BioZen Solutions, LLC d\/b\/a BioZen Peptide (“BioZen”).<\/p>\n

1. Research Use Only<\/h3>\n

All BioZen products are sold exclusively for in vitro laboratory research and analytical use. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices. They have not been approved or evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease.<\/p>\n

2. Prohibited Uses<\/h3>\n

You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:
(a) administer any product to a human or animal by any route, including injection, ingestion, inhalation, nasal, topical or transdermal application;
(b) use any product as or in a drug, food, dietary supplement, cosmetic or veterinary product;
(c) use any product in clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic procedures;
(d) compound, repackage, relabel or resell any product for human or animal use;
(e) remove, alter or cover any product label, lot number or research-use statement.<\/p>\n

3. Purchaser Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

You are solely responsible for:
(a) handling, storing and disposing of all products in accordance with applicable laws, safety data and good laboratory practice;
(b) using appropriate personal protective equipment and laboratory controls;
(c) determining whether a product is suitable for your research;
(d) complying with all federal, state and local laws that apply to your purchase, possession and use of the products.<\/p>\n

4. Resale<\/h3>\n

Products may be resold only to purchasers who will use them for lawful laboratory research, and only with all labels intact and this Research Use Policy passed on to the buyer. You are responsible for any product you resell or transfer.<\/p>\n

5. Communications<\/h3>\n

BioZen does not provide information about human or animal use, dosing, administration or therapeutic effects. Any request for such information, or any statement indicating intended human or animal use, will result in cancellation of the order and may result in refusal of all future orders.<\/p>\n

6. Enforcement<\/h3>\n

We may refuse or cancel any order, close any account, refuse future sales and cooperate with authorities if we believe a product is or will be used outside of legitimate laboratory research.<\/p>\n

7. Acknowledgment<\/h3>\n
