1. Where We Ship<\/h3>\n

We ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a street address. We may decline shipment to any state or address at our discretion.<\/p>\n

2. Processing Time<\/h3>\n

Orders placed and approved by 2 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day. Orders may be held for payment or address verification; we will contact you if more information is needed.<\/p>\n

3. Methods and Costs<\/h3>\n

\u2022 FedEx 2nd Day Air: $12.00, free on orders of $250 or more after discounts
\u2022 FedEx Express Overnight: $60.00
Shipping charges are stated separately at checkout. Delivery times are carrier estimates, not guarantees.<\/p>\n

4. Title and Risk of Loss<\/h3>\n

All orders ship F.O.B. origin (Naples, Florida). Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier.<\/p>\n

5. Packaging<\/h3>\n

Products ship in sealed, protective packaging suitable for transit. Lyophilized products are stable at ambient temperature during normal transit; store them as directed on the product page upon arrival.<\/p>\n

Images on our website, including chrome cases, display boxes and presentation sets, are for promotional purposes only and do not show how products are shipped. Products ship in standard sealed laboratory vials inside protective packaging, and display cases are not included. Differences between website images and the packaging you receive are not grounds for a return or refund.<\/p>\n

(Our chrome cases, display boxes and presentation sets are in development and will soon be available by special order as part of our product line.)<\/p>\n

6. Signature<\/h3>\n

A signature may be required at delivery. If a delivery requires a signature and no one is available, the carrier will follow its redelivery or pickup procedure.<\/p>\n

7. Tracking<\/h3>\n

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.<\/p>\n

8. Address Accuracy<\/h3>\n

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal or failed delivery will be refunded for the product price only, less original and return shipping costs, or reshipped at your expense.<\/p>\n

9. Delays<\/h3>\n

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, holidays or other events outside our control.<\/p>\n

10. Lost Packages<\/h3>\n

If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or a package is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open a claim with the carrier and work with you to resolve it. Replacement or refund for lost packages is issued once the carrier confirms the loss.<\/p>\n

11. Damaged Packages<\/h3>\n
