Because our products are research compounds where integrity and chain of custody matter, returns are limited as described below.<\/p>\n

1. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items<\/h3>\n

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email support@biozenpeptide.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. After review, we will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping. Claims made after 48 hours are not eligible.<\/p>\n

2. Unopened Products<\/h3>\n

Unopened products with all seals and labels intact may be returned within 14 days of delivery, only with a return authorization (RMA) number issued by us. To request one, email support@biozenpeptide.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Returns sent without an RMA will be refused.
\u2022 You pay return shipping, and the original shipping charge is not refunded.
\u2022 Items must be returned in their original packaging, in resalable condition.
\u2022 We inspect every return. Items with broken or missing seals, altered labels or signs of opening will not be refunded and will not be sent back.<\/p>\n

3. Non-Returnable Items<\/h3>\n

\u2022 Opened, reconstituted or used products
\u2022 Products with broken seals or altered or removed labels
\u2022 Wholesale and custom-quote orders, unless the quote states otherwise
\u2022 Items reported damaged or missing after the deadlines above<\/p>\n

4. ZenAway Boxes and Multi-Unit Discounts<\/h3>\n

Discounted boxes and multi-unit orders may be returned only in full. If part of a discounted order is returned, the refund is recalculated at the price you would have paid for the items you keep.<\/p>\n

5. Identity Concerns<\/h3>\n

If you believe a product does not match the compound identity on its label, contact us within 30 days of delivery with the lot number and a test report from an independent accredited laboratory. If confirmed, we will replace the product or refund its price. This is your sole remedy under our limited warranty.<\/p>\n

6. Refunds<\/h3>\n

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5\u201310 business days after we approve the return or claim. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.<\/p>\n

7. Cancellations<\/h3>\n

Orders can be cancelled at no charge until they ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to this policy.<\/p>\n

8. Chargebacks<\/h3>\n

Please contact us before filing a chargeback; we resolve most issues within one business day. See Section 9 of our Terms of Service and our Chargeback Policy.<\/p>\n
