This Chargeback Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to every purchase from BioZen Solutions, LLC d\/b\/a BioZen Peptide (“BioZen”).<\/p>\n

1. Contact Us First<\/h3>\n

If you have a problem with an order, a charge you don’t recognize, or a delivery issue, email support@biozenpeptide.com or call +1 239-877-5551 before contacting your bank or card issuer. We respond within one business day and resolve most issues directly.<\/p>\n

2. When We Refund Without a Dispute<\/h3>\n

We will promptly refund or correct a charge when:
(a) your payment method was used without your authorization and you report it to us;
(b) you were charged more than once for the same order;
(c) your order was lost in transit and the carrier confirms the loss, as described in our Shipping Policy;
(d) your order qualifies for a refund under our Returns & Refunds policy.<\/p>\n

3. How We Respond to a Chargeback<\/h3>\n

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we will provide the card issuer and our payment processor with the full order record, including: your account details; your electronic acceptance of our Terms of Service, Research Use Policy and this Chargeback Policy, with date and time, and IP address where recorded by our checkout or payment processor; the order confirmation; shipping and delivery tracking; and all communications with you.<\/p>\n

4. Research Use Acknowledgment<\/h3>\n

All products are sold for laboratory research use only. Disputes claiming that a product was unsuitable for human or animal use, or did not produce a personal effect, are not valid grounds for a chargeback, because no product is sold for those purposes.<\/p>\n

5. Unwarranted Chargebacks<\/h3>\n

If a chargeback is found to be unwarranted, including a dispute filed for an order that was authorized and delivered as described, we may:
(a) cancel any pending orders and close your account;
(b) refuse future orders;
(c) recover the disputed amount and any chargeback fees, plus reasonable collection costs where permitted by law;
(d) report suspected fraud to the appropriate parties.<\/p>\n

6. Withdrawing a Dispute<\/h3>\n

If you filed a dispute and we resolve the issue directly, please withdraw the dispute with your card issuer so the refund is not duplicated.<\/p>\n
